We're almost at the starting point for the 2022 Alaska cruise season and it's looking great but Holland America Line is charting a course to Alaska in 2023 too and they've just released their plans. The 2023 Holland America Line Alaska cruise season will feature expertly crafted journeys on six ships that offer preferred access to the top destinations, exclusive overland transportation, culturally focused onboard experiences and more visits to Glacier Bay than any other major cruise line!

We are so excited to hear word of another west coast cruise line anouncing restart plans and this one in particular is special since it is Mexico's first luxury cruise line. Vidanta Cruises announced today that it has officially opened its reservation system with an exclusive preview cruise from Puerto Vallarta. This inaugural itinerary on Vidanta Elegant features a three-day, two-night voyage from Puerto Vallarta to Mazatl├ín and back, starting on April 14.

One of our favorite cruise lines, UnCruise Adventures is gearing up for some amazing 2022 cruises including some of the most unique Hawaii, Alaska, and Sea of Cortez cruises offered by any cruise line. These Wave Season deals run through April 15 but right now through Feb. 15 they have some even deeper discounts on cruises this year and in 2023!

We got a chance to join Holland America Line on MS Zuiderdam as she prepared to welcome guests back after nearly 600 days being paused because of the pandemic. Based on our whirlwind tour and fantastic lunch at their legendarily good Pinnacle Grill, we're sure guests are going to have a fantastic time on their 10-day Sea of Cortez cruise that they departed on yesterday.

Majestic Princess has officially returned to service with cruises from the Port of Los Angeles (San Pedro). We had the chance to view her from shore during her stop in San Diego today and based on feedback from guests we talked with, she's a great option for folks looking to explore Mexican Riviera, Coastal California, and Baja Mexico cruises this fall and winter before she returns north to Alaska again. During the ceremony to celebrate her maiden voyage from Los Angeles both Princess Cruises and the Port of Los Angeles highlighted the positive financial impact that cruising has had for Los Angeles and surrounding communities. The unsurprising highlight here is that each cruise ship visit infuses more than $1 million into the local economy.
