# Virgin Voyages Unveils Showstopping Entertainment Lineup for Brilliant Lady *By James Hills — Updated March 2025* Written by: [James Hills](https://cruisewestcoast.com/james-hills.html) Published: 12 March 2025 Last Updated: 12 March 2025 Top BlogHits: 3020Reading time: 02:20 Virgin Voyages is bringing its newest vessel to the West Coast next summer and cruise enthusiasts have plenty to be excited about. Brilliant Lady, the fourth and final ship in Virgin's fleet, will conduct a series of "Mermaiden" voyages including her grand debut in New York this September before bringing her unique brand of adults-only cruising to the Mexican Riviera and offering Alaska cruises exploring glacial fjords in the spring and summer of 2026! ## Award-Winning Entertainment Heads North in 2026 [Brilliant Lady](https://www.virginvoyages.com/book/voyage-planner/find-a-voyage?agentId=20843&agencyId=422) arrives with an impressive entertainment lineup that builds on Virgin Voyages' reputation for exceptional shows at sea. After sister ship Resilient Lady earned the 2025 USA Today 10Best award for "Best Entertainment at Sea," Brilliant Lady is poised to continue this winning tradition with seven original productions and various new "Happenings" throughout the ship. The entertainment strategy reflects Virgin's evolution from industry disruptor to what they now claim as the "No. 1 cruise line in the world." Entertainment options range from high-energy musical revues celebrating Virgin Records' musical legacy to immersive murder mysteries and UV-reactive glow parties. ### Marquee Shows Include: - **Red Hot**: A musical journey through five decades of iconic Virgin Records hits - **Out of Time**: A time-traveling comedy featuring music, fashion, and acrobatics - **Murder in the Manor**: An immersive theater performance inspired by true crime and 1980s mystery novels - **Electric**: An immersive UV wonderland with fluorescent accents and neon face paint Top Picks ### Explore Alaska with Virgin Voyages: Adventure Awaits on the 2026 Alaskan Itineraries CruiseWestCoast [Read More](https://ads.flowmediamarketing.com/go/zQc4NzfyuACmWDjoWenAaw.501) ### Fire & Sunset Soirées Virgin Voyages (affiliate) [View Sailing Details](https://ads.flowmediamarketing.com/go/zQc4NzfyuACmWDjoWenAaw.495) ### Hollywood Sunsets & Mexican Horizons Cruise Virgin Voyages (affiliate) [View Sailing Details](https://ads.flowmediamarketing.com/go/zQc4NzfyuACmWDjoWenAaw.505) Promoted by FlowAds ## Alaskan Adventures & Special Programming For those eager to experience Alaska's majestic landscapes, Brilliant Lady will feature specialized programming designed for cooler northern climates. The popular "Scarlet Night" celebration will receive an indoor "glow-up" when sailing Alaska's woody shores, moving the festivities from the poolside to the Red Room to maintain the high-energy atmosphere regardless of weather. The highly-acclaimed "Duel Reality" show—a modern take on Romeo and Juliet featuring breathtaking aerial feats—will also make its return on Brilliant Lady. This production made history as the first cruise ship show to transition from sea to land with its Boston debut last year. ## Looking Ahead: 2026 Mexican Riviera Cruises West Coast cruise enthusiasts have even more to anticipate in 2026, when Brilliant Lady returns to sail from Los Angeles, offering itineraries to the Mexican Riviera. This expansion reflects Virgin Voyages' growing presence in the cruise market since its launch in 2021. ## A Different Kind of Cruise Experience Designed with First Mate (travel advisor) and Sailor feedback in mind, Brilliant Lady offers itineraries ranging from five to 16 nights. The adults-only cruise line prides itself on a boutique hotel atmosphere at sea with contemporary spaces balancing "nautical chic and glamour." "Brilliant Lady has so much in store for our Sailors and travel advisors," said Nirmal Saverimuttu, CEO of Virgin Voyages. "The new incredible additions to our entertainment is just the first reveal in a series of imaginative experiences we're unveiling for our fourth and final ship." For West Coast cruisers looking for a fresh alternative in the Alaska and Mexican Riviera markets, Virgin Voyages' Brilliant Lady promises to deliver the brand's signature blend of sophisticated design, exceptional dining, and showstopping entertainment in some of the Pacific's most stunning destinations.
